At GM Construction & Engineers Pvt. Ltd., safety is our top priority and an integral part of every operation. We are committed to maintaining a safe, healthy, and accident-free workplace for all our employees, subcontractors, and stakeholders. Our safety practices are designed to ensure compliance with statutory regulations, industry standards, and best engineering practices.

To uphold our strong safety culture, we have established the following measures and procedures:

• A dedicated Safety Engineer or qualified safety professional is deployed at every site where the workforce exceeds 75 personnel.
• All site supervisors and engineers receive regular training in safety management, safe work practices, and emergency procedures.
• Periodic safety training programs and awareness sessions are conducted on-site to emphasize the importance of safety in all activities.
• Fire safety training and fire drills are organized wherever possible to ensure preparedness in case of emergencies.
• Safety seminars and toolbox talks are held regularly to reinforce awareness and promote a culture of safety among all site personnel.
• All safety devices, protective equipment, and safety gadgets used on-site are of approved quality and standard, meeting relevant safety regulations.
• Every worker is provided with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and systems are in place to ensure their proper and consistent usage.
• All rigging tools, lifting gear, and equipment are periodically inspected and certified by qualified engineers to ensure safe operation.
• A structured reporting system is maintained for all accidents, incidents, and near-misses, followed by investigation and corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Adequate First Aid facilities are available at all project sites to address any medical emergencies promptly.
• Electrical connections and fittings at site strictly comply with prescribed safety standards.
• Fire-hazardous materials are clearly identified, labeled, and stored safely as per regulations.
• Regular housekeeping and site maintenance are carried out to remove waste materials, debris, and obstructions, keeping all work areas, passages, and walkways clean and hazard-free.
